Returns
You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on opened or used products due to safety and hygiene concerns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and ship your return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is unopened and unused. If it is, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
We offer refunds for returned products that are unopened and unused, as well as for orders that are cancelled before they are shipped. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, or for orders that have already been shipped.

Exceptions
